Cool Blast for the Past
Help Us Keep Our Cool This Summer❄️
Have you ever rented the community space at the Brick Store Museum? If so, you may know the truth—we’ve been operating without air conditioning in our Dane Street Program Center for years!
Now, we’re changing that.
The “Cool Blast for the Past” campaign is raising $14,000 to install climate control in our historic 1850 Program Center—home to museum programs, a contemporary art gallery, and public community events.
Thanks to three generous donors, we’ve already raised $5,000 to kick off the campaign! But we need your help to reach the finish line this summer.
This isn’t just about comfort—it’s about access. Without climate control, we can’t offer year-round programs, art shows, or community rentals in the space.
We’ve worked hard to bring this historic building into the 21st century—insulating walls and basement, preparing for sustainable upgrades. Now, we just need this final push to make the space truly usable, all year round.
🎯 Give today and help us install a mini-split system that will make history more comfortable—for everyone.
Thank you for keeping history (and people) cool!
