The Brick Store Museum (hereinafter, "Museum") recognizes the public's concern about privacy on the Internet and is committed to protecting a user’s privacy when visiting its website. This Privacy Policy establishes how information from a user’s visit to www.brickstoremuseum.org (hereinafter, "Website") is gathered and used by the Website's operators. By accessing the Website, the user signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy and agrees to the data collection and use practices described below. The Museum does not require users to provide personal information in order to visit the Website.

Museum e-newsletters
When users sign up for the Museum's e-newsletter, they "opt in" to receive an occasional e-mail informing them of Museum news and upcoming Museum activities and events. Users can "opt out" of the e-newsletter mailings at any time via the " Instant removal with SafeUnsubscribe ™ " or "Update Profile/Email Address" links provided at the end of each e-newsletter, or by contacting the Museum directly at info@brickstoremuseum.org or 207-985-4802 with instructions to remove an email address from the distribution list.

Changes in Privacy Policy
The Museum reserves the right to this Privacy Policy without prior notice. It is up to the user to check the Website periodically to determine if any changes have taken place.

By accessing the Museum's Website, users accept without limitation or qualification these Terms and Conditions.

The text, images, video clips and data on the Museum's Website are protected by copyright and may be covered by other restrictions, as well. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement shall be brought in a Federal or State court located in York County and the State of Maine, and the parties hereby waive any objection that they may have to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Changes in Terms and Conditions
The Museum may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating the posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit the Terms and Conditions section of the Website to review the then-current Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the complete statement of the agreement of the parties with respect to the subject hereof and supersede all prior Terms and Conditions of Website Use.
