Workshop: Pickling & Drying

Have you ever wanted to make your own refrigerator pickles? Dry your own food? Join Master Food Preserver Kate McCarty of the UMaine Cooperative Extension on July 8th from 2-4pm to learn the art of both of these techniques.

Cost: $15.00 materials fee per person for a two-hour workshop with Kate McCarty, author of “Portland Food: The Culinary Capital of Maine” and her popular food blog, “The Blueberry Files.”
