Thirty-five portraits and still lifes by Cape Porpoise-born artist Hannah B. Skeele (1829-1901), Maine's "premier painter of likenesses" were culled from the Museum's collections and loaned from private collections for this retrospective. The show was guest-curated by Martha Gandy Fales.
