With the return of artifacts from the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum, The Brick Store Museum was honored to share the works of local contemporary artists whose works were on display in Texas. Curated by Edward Betts, former Museum trustee and renowned watercolorist, Bush Country: Images of Maine, included the works of Don Stone, Pat Andreotti, Nancy Davison, DeWitt Hardy, Louise Frechette, Don Gorvett, Frank Handlen, Robert Eric Moore, Priscilla Patrone, Tom Crotty and Edward Betts. For the Texas exhibit, each artist submitted two works. However, due to space limitations, not all could be displayed. The Brick Store Museum was pleased to have the opportunity to share all 22 pieces in this new venue.
