Demolition continues on private property adjacent to the Museum and, as a result, opens up the approach to the Museum's entry walkway.

Repainting the exterior of the Brick Store building is completed
  2nd  floor collections storage

2008

Plans are underway to temporarily move the contents of the Museum's archives building to offsite storage, in anticipation of repairing the structural issues in this edifice first. Inventorying contnues throughout the winter.

 

April
2008

On the move! Museum staff and volunteers receive training and start packing the china, glass, and fine arts collections for the offsite move.
